Travelligent (travelligent.com) publicly launched on 15 July 2026. Everything on this Platform — including its design, layout, look and feel, page structure, colour scheme, iconography, graphics, source code, and underlying software — is the original work of Mohammed Ajaz and the Travelligent team and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, trade dress, and unfair competition law from that date forward.

1. Ownership

© 2026 Travelligent.com. All rights reserved. The Travelligent name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of Travelligent. Unless otherwise stated, all text, graphics, user interface, visual design, page layout, navigation structure, software, and underlying source code that make up the Platform ("Travelligent Materials") are owned by, or licensed to, Travelligent and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

2. No copying, cloning, or reproduction of the user interface

The look and feel of Travelligent's user interface — including its page layouts, visual design, workflow sequences (search, booking, payment, voucher), component styling, and overall design language — took significant original effort to create and is a protected work in its own right, separate from the underlying code. Accordingly, you may not, without Travelligent's prior written permission:

Copy, clone, mirror, "fork," or recreate the Platform's user interface, page layouts, or visual design, in whole or in part, for any other website, application, or service;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code, styling, or underlying structure of the Platform;
Scrape, systematically extract, or bulk-download the Platform's content, pricing, or design assets by automated means (bots, crawlers, or scripts);
Use framing, embedding, or "screen scraping" techniques to present the Platform, or any part of it, within another website or application;
Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice on the Platform.

Any unauthorised copying or imitation of the Travelligent user interface will be treated as an infringement of Travelligent's copyright and trade dress rights, and Travelligent reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

3. Permitted use

You may view, and where the Platform provides the functionality, print or download individual pages (such as a booking voucher or invoice addressed to you) solely for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with a genuine booking made through Travelligent. No other use — including commercial reproduction, redistribution, or republishing of Travelligent Materials — is permitted without our prior written consent.

4. Third-party content

Hotel names, descriptions, photographs, and rate information displayed on the Platform are supplied by the relevant hotel, vendor, or supplier partner and remain the property of their respective owners. Travelligent displays this content under licence from those partners and does not claim ownership of it.

5. Trademarks

"Travelligent" and the Travelligent logo are trademarks of Travelligent. Other product and company names mentioned on the Platform may be trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing on this Platform should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of its owner.
